On May 17, 2024, an important meeting of the Association of Private Medical Institutions of Ukraine was held, dedicated to the discussion of the strategic plan for 2024-2026. The participants of the event focused on key issues related to strengthening the Association's position in the market and increasing influence on the formation of medical policy and legislation.
The meeting began with a SWOT analysis, which allowed to assess the current state of the Association, its strengths and weaknesses. The challenges faced by the Association and opportunities for development were also discussed. Important issues were to increase the activity of participants and the formation of new programs to support medical institutions. The meeting identified the main strategic directions of the Association's activities for 2024-2026 and the steps to be taken to achieve these goals. Such steps include active participation in the formation of legislative initiatives and support of reforms in the medical field, strengthening the communication strategy and expanding international cooperation.
The meeting ended with an active discussion and elaboration of concrete steps for the implementation of the strategic plan. Participants expressed confidence that joint efforts will be able to achieve the goals and strengthen the Association's position in the market.
