Dmytro Novitsyuk, Head of the Urology Department of Smart Medical Center Clinic, urologist and andrologistin September he and his colleagues took part in a project on the exchange of experience between Ukrainian and Latvian doctors urologists and oncologists.
This trip took place thanks to the assistance of the SS “Association of Private Medical Institutions of Ukraine”.
I took a lot for myself from this trip to Riga and Sigulda.
It was interesting for me to learn that in addition to surgical and therapeutic methods, cyberknives are used to treat kidney and prostate cancer. Cyberknife, which is located in a clinic in the city. Sigulda is the best in Eastern Europe.
We visited several Latvian clinics — ARS diagnostic clinic, URO clinic. We were very hospitable and told a lot of professional information. It was extremely valuable to look at the clinics themselves, the level of service and the qualifications of doctors in them. I will use all this curiosity and information in my future practice. Such projects help a lot not only to gain new knowledge, but also to get away from working life.
I really hope that in the future we will organize cooperation between our clinics and it will be beneficial and useful for everyone.
