Due to the dissemination on social networks of information related to our medical institution, we have received a significant number of requests and comments. We understand that such topics cause public resonance and respect the right of everyone to their own opinion.
At the same time, we remind you that the principle of presumption of innocence operates in Ukraine. As of now, there is not a single conclusion of forensic examination or decision of the authorized bodies that would confirm a causal relationship between our actions and the consequences indicated in the publications.
An internal expert commission was convened from representatives of the departments of reprocessing, medical quality, infection control. The audit revealed no violations in the processing processes of the devices. On the basis of the endoscopic department, CANTEL Rapid Air type machines are installed, which makes it possible to validate the processes and at any time to check the quality of processing for previous periods. Medical workers of the institution strictly follow safety protocols. Under such conditions, we are confident that the infection could not have occurred during the examination at our facility.
To confirm this confidence, we initiated the involvement of external independent experts for additional verification. We will announce the results publicly, because it is important for us that the situation is resolved fairly, transparently and objectively.
