Legal entities — medical institutions of private form of ownership, orphysical persons-entrepreneurs engaged in medical practice, may be admitted to the Association of Private Medical Institutions of Ukraine.
A prerequisite for consideration of an application for admission to the Association is the presence of a valid license to practice medicine.
The amount of the annual membership fee of a collective member of the Association is ranked according to the number of full rates according to the staffing of the institution (in case the medical center/laboratory brand works as part of several legal entities — the total number of employees working under one brand is taken into account).
Thus, the amount of the annual contribution for 2024 is:
from 1 to 20 full rates — 5 000 UAH/year
from 21 to 50 — 15 000 UAH/year
from 51 to 500 — 25 000 UAH/year
more than 500 — 40 000 UAH/year
for individual entrepreneurs — 5 000 UAH/year
The procedure for joining the Association is as follows:
The medical institution fills out the application form for admission, adds copies of the necessary documents (copy of the license for medical practice), provides 2 recommendations from valid members of the Association and sends scanned copies of these documents to the e-mail address: info@apmi.com.ua.
Originals of documents must be sent by mail to the address: Beresteysky Avenue, 21-A, lit. “A”, office 1, m. Kyiv, 03056.

The list of medical institutions that are valid members of the Association can be viewed hereto.
The Board of Directors of the Association decides on the accession of a medical institution to the Association. We will inform the medical institution about this decision by e-mail specified in the application form. Based on the results of making a positive decision, we issue an invoice for the payment of the membership fee.
The medical institution is considered a full member of the Association after payment of the membership fee.
